I just wrapped up my first month of 10-a-day-pushups with consistent accountability along with a friend.
What was it like? So much fun! Every day, I did my pushups. I aimed to get only 10 done. Just 10. Because 10 is easy, and a nice number that “Monk” would like. Somedays I literally jumped out of bed when I realized I hadn’t finished my 10 pushups.
Thanks to my classes, somedays I’d add in an addition 50-80 pushups. Not always the best, and sometimes on my knees. But hey, it counts. I always focussed on my form.
So here’s a happy me so proud to have completed over 300 pushups this month.
What’s next? Better form, and hopefully more pushups.
